Product description
Very beautiful pair of large enamelled ceramic pendant lamps from the Dutch company Herda. Vintage from the 1970s. Important lampshades, the largest model of this style, made of rounded and flattened ceramic, with an openwork decoration of large and small circles allowing light to filter through. Very beautiful glaze with shades of deep green, white, brown, and black, with "fat lava" textured effects characteristic of this period. Each pendant lamp retains its original electrical wiring, relatively short wires, which I advise replacing. One still has its suspension ring, absent on the other.
Approximately 30cm max diameter and 21cm height each. Very good general condition. There is slight, discreet color wear on the lower edges, as well as a small, barely visible scratch on one of the pendant lamps. Approximately 2kg each.
