Elegant pair of Italian table lamps in Murano “Rostrato” art glass, produced in the 1940s and attributed to Ercole Barovier. These lamps feature the distinctive rostrato technique, characterized by a textured surface composed of small pointed glass protrusions that create a beautiful play of light and reflections.
Each lamp is composed of a sculptural glass base and a matching rostrato glass shade mounted on a brass stem. The intricate surface and refined proportions are typical of the exceptional craftsmanship of Murano glass production in the mid-20th century.
A rare and decorative pair, ideal for bedside tables or as accent lighting in both classic and modern interiors.
Condition: Good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. Due to the nature of the rostrato glass technique, there may be small chips on some of the glass tips. These are minor and do not affect the overall appearance or functionality of the lamps. Fully functional with EU standard wiring, easily adaptable to US standards upon request.
