Pair of IKEA PS 2017 portable LED lamps designed by French designer Matali Crasset. Created for the experimental IKEA PS 2017 collection, the design was inspired by old portable railway lamps. The white powder-coated steel cage acts as both a protective structure and carrying handle, allowing the lamp to be placed, carried or suspended. Both lamps are functional. They have been stored unused as a collctible item and will be fully charged before shipping. Due to the age of the original rechargeable batteries, no specific battery runtime is guaranteed. Included with the pair is one original red USB charging cable and IKEA power adapter, as pictured. Good vintage/pre-owned condition with minor age-related wear to the white metal cages, including small marks and occasional paint loss. Please see the detailed photographs. Some minor irregularities visible around the welded wire joints are part of the original factory construction rather than later damage. The red lamp bodies remain in very good condition and both cages are complete. A discontinued IKEA PS design that has become increasingly sought after on the secondary design market. Sold as a pair only.
