Pair of armchairs produced in Germany in the 1960s, with beechwood frame and fabric upholstery.
Elegant pair of armchairs featuring a beechwood frame with clean lines and well-balanced proportions. The slender, slightly curved armrests extend seamlessly from the front legs, creating a fluid and well-defined profile, while the backrest visually lightens the structure and maintains a clear sense of construction. The overall design reflects the principles of post-war German design, where functionality, structural solidity and formal rigor result in essential yet carefully proportioned pieces, in line with the production of companies such as Knoll Antimott, Wilkhahn and Stoll. The cushions, recently redone and reupholstered in off-white (écru) fabric, are fully removable.
Good condition. May show slight signs of age and use. Please look carefully at the photographs.
