This beautiful pair of apothecary cabinets was made in the Netherlands around the turn of the century in the Art Nouveau style. They were intended for the De Lelie Pharmacy at Leliegracht 2 in Amsterdam in 1904. The set consists of two cabinets with shelves and drawers, which were originally part of a very large wall cabinet and are now freestanding. They are very solidly made and retain a beautiful patina and color.
The internal dimensions of the drawers are: D x W x H 32 x 16 x 14 cm. The shelves are approximately 14 cm deep, 95 and 105 cm wide, and adjustable in height.
