One of the most beautifully made pieces of midcentury furniture that I know of. This is a pre-Tecno piece by the hand of Borsani in his then-called Atelier Arradamenti Varedo, when the firm was housed in the North Italian town with the same name. The exterior is made of high-gloss mahogany and it has an amazing light maple interior in nearly perfect condition; with drop-down doors, folding doors, drawers, mirroring, smoked glass finishing and brass detailing. Also the leg tips are made of copper and all original keys are supplied with it. Absolutely stunning timeless piece with Art Deco characteristics, yet very mid-century modern. This is part of an entire dining room setup, other matching pieces are available as well.
