Alexander Fedorovich Minka (1938–1999) was a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist, best known for his lyrical landscapes and refined realist style. He studied at the Dnipropetrovsk Art College and later at the Kyiv Art Institute, where he received a strong academic foundation. From 1980, he was a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine and actively participated in national exhibitions.
