This is an original Tomado wall rack, an iconic piece of Dutch Design from the mid-twentieth century.
The design is characterized by minimalist wire steel side panels and distinctive primary colors that directly reference the De Stijl movement. The rack is made of metal, with black lacquered side supports and three adjustable metal shelves in the colors red, yellow, and black. The construction is simple yet highly functional, allowing the shelves to be placed at different heights as desired.
This modular system was groundbreaking at the time and remains a beloved element in modern interiors to this day. The wall rack is in good condition commensurate with its age and use.
The original lacquer finish has been preserved, contributing to the authentic vintage character of the piece of furniture. The yellow paint is slightly damaged on one corner, approximately half a centimeter. Place this corner on the back and you won't see it.
