This three-piece Royal Delft cabinet set in polychrome is a refined example of Dutch craftsmanship from 1980. The set consists of a central lidded vase and two flanking beaker vases, each hand-painted in the distinctive, colorful floral motif that reflects the rich tradition of De Porceleyne Fles.
Crafted from high-quality ceramics, finished in a cream-colored base with vibrant accents in blue, yellow, green, and red. The set comes complete with three original certificates of authenticity, confirming its provenance and authenticity.
The cabinet set is in excellent condition, without visible defects, and retains its original luster and color intensity. Careful preservation has ensured that this collector's item has retained its full character.
Unique features and authenticity: Year code:
- The vases bear the year code 'CY', which stands for the production year 1979.
- Master painters: Hand-painted by the renowned ceramic painters H. van Kampen (HKA) and M. Koelewijn (MKO). The lid is signed by S. van de Woestijne (S.W.).
- Certificates: Includes the three original certificates of authenticity issued by the Delft Chamber of Commerce.
- Purchase receipt: Unique for the collector! The original purchase receipt from 1992 (purchased at Agaart for 599 guilders) is still included.
- Condition: The set is in absolutely excellent, undamaged condition. The rims are completely intact (no chips or restorations) and the insides are perfectly clean, without limescale or rings. There is hardly any crazing present.
