A beautiful piece of Dutch Mid-Century Modern design: the iconic 'Kastrup' chair, designed by Louis van Teeffelen for furniture factory Wébé in the early 1960s.
This chair is known for its stunning, organic forms with a Danish look. The flowing T-split in the backrest and the concealed attachment of the legs at the rear bear witness to pure craftsmanship and an eye for detail.
The woodwork has a beautiful, deep, and warm glow and is in neat vintage condition with minimal, age-appropriate signs of use.
The popular black faux leather upholstery is still in good condition (no cracks or drying out), and the wood joints are completely stable and sturdy.
