Very beautiful and authentic Tiffany-style table lamp by Honsel Leuchten, Germany, manufactured in the period ca. 1930–1950.
This is a quality lamp from the early to mid-20th century, not a later reproduction, and is in exceptionally beautiful condition.
The lamp features a heavy, richly detailed cast metal base depicting a classical female figure in draped robes. The sculpture is finely crafted and typical of Honsel's high-quality Art Deco/Jugendstil production during this period.
The shade is made of hand-soldered stained glass (Tiffany style), with warm cream, beige, and amber tones that provide a soft and atmospheric light.
The quality of the glass and the thick solder seams are clearly characteristic of older German production.
It is particularly noteworthy that the original Honsel Leuchten label is still present – rare and highly value-enhancing, as this fully confirms the provenance. Honsel is one of the oldest and most renowned German lighting manufacturers, with production dating back to the beginning of the 20th century.
