Beautiful original French Art Deco nightstand. It is a true character piece from the 1930s (estimated 1930-1938 based on the construction) featuring typical, asymmetrical forms from the Art Deco period.
The woodwork on the door and sides is flamed walnut veneer, creating a very warm, symmetrical pattern. Above the small drawer, there is a subtle, hand-carved floral detail.
The marble tops are still in excellent condition and have no cracks or weathered spots. The original hardware is still present and works. The veneer on the side has weathered somewhat over the years (see photos).

(lower section 50cm high and at least 23cm deep)
The nightstand can be picked up in the center of Rotterdam.
