A beautiful and authentic bronze miniature figurine of a standing dachshund (Petit Teckel), created by the renowned French artist Pierre Chenet. This handmade artwork features the characteristic, warm brown patina for which the Chenet foundry is known. The original foundry stamp (the famous crown/crown logo) is clearly visible on the dachshund's chest, guaranteeing the authenticity of this collector's item. Pierre Chenet (active in the 20th century) was known for his unique acid patination technique, giving each figurine a subtle color gradient and character of its own. A perfect object for the art collector or the true dachshund enthusiast!
