Mark Levy was active in the 1920s - 1930s.
This is an original drawing and not a copy, brought back from Wellington in 1971 as indicated in the lower margin:

In order to be brought back to France, the work was removed from its frame, traces of which can be seen around the perimeter.
The work is drawn on drawing paper mounted on cardboard.
Very good condition, no folds, I can provide additional photos.
