Vintage mushroom space age pendant lamp with an orange plastic shade.
This vintage lamp, with its large plexiglass shade in the characteristic orange color, is a typical example of the lamps produced in the 1960s and 1970s.
The orange space age lamp features a pull handle for height adjustment. The minimum height of the lamp, measured from the top of the black ceiling rose to the bottom of the chrome handle, is approximately 93.5 cm. When the pull handle is fully extended, it measures approximately 206 cm.
This atmospheric lamp consists of two orange plexiglass hemispheres held together by a chrome-plated metal U-shaped profile. A wooden element inlaid into the profile at the bottom of the lamp serves as a handle.
This beautiful MCM lamp has an E27 socket.
