Designed in 1969 by the renowned architect Gae Aulenti and produced by Artemide, this luminous totem is one of the most powerful symbols of the Space Age and of great Italian design. ■ DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE A true luminous sculpture, the Oracolo commands attention in any space. It comprises a majestic cylindrical base in perforated metal (which diffuses a grazing, textured light) topped by a large opaline glass globe that diffuses a soft and even ambient light. ■ CONDITION REPORT (New / Factory Direct) This is a true treasure for purists: the piece is in "factory direct" condition. New in box: The floor lamp has never been used or displayed. The opaline glass and the structure are in perfect condition, without the slightest scratch or sign of age.
