Optical print of the Blaak and Stock Exchange in Rotterdam, dating from 1762. Beautiful antique copper engraving intended as an optical print for a display case. The image shows the Blaak in Rotterdam, with the Stock Exchange of that time and the Gapersbrug. At the bottom is the title "A view of the Stock Exchange, the South and North Blaak taken from the Gapersbrug in ROTTERDAM". Below the title is stated "Published according to Act of Parliament April 10 1762". It has a passe-partout and is wrapped in foil for protection. Dimensions: 59.5 cm wide, 47 cm high and 0.5 cm thick. No. 7417.13
