George Fine China—a renowned American porcelain house. 🎨 “On the Town” depicts a glamorous couple in evening wear—he in a tuxedo, she in an elegant white gown with a turquoise sash and fiery red cloche—toasting champagne against a geometric Art Deco pattern. The clean lines, limited color palette, and graphic composition exude the pure glamour and refinement of the 1920s and 1930s. In the artist's words: “There's only one way to paint the town red: start with a lavish champagne toast.” ⚱️ The edition was finally closed after only 50 firing days—one of the most limited editions in the series. Each plate is individually numbered and signed by Marci McDonald, bearing the official Bradex number 84-G20-28.4. ℹ️ This plate is part of the "Art Deco Style in Motion" series.
