An elegant vintage fountain pen from OMAS, a historic Bolognese brand symbolizing Italian excellence in the manufacture of writing instruments. The set consists of a refined, tapered desktop fountain pen and its monumental crystal base. This classic, slender desk pen in black celluloid is embellished with elegant details and gold rings on the trumpet. The OMAS EXTRA nib is made of 14-karat gold (585 hallmark inserted in the diamond). It features the iconic and highly sought-after heart-shaped vent hole, typical of the company's classic and most prestigious mid-20th-century creations. The base: A striking and heavy geometric crystal base, featuring a practical, contoured central recess. Excellent overall aesthetic condition, consistent with its age. The crystal base and body of the pen show only light, normal surface signs of aging (micro-scratches from rubbing), with no obvious cracks or chips. The gold nib is intact, clean, and visually in excellent condition. The pen is in perfect working order. Dimensions: width 15 cm, depth 10 cm, height 17 cm.
