Product description
Original String wall system, designed by Nisse Strinning for String Design AB, Sweden. The award-winning ‘Ladder Shelf’ design (Gold Medal, Milan Triennale 1954) combines light wood with black metal ladders. This piece consists of 3 vertical black ladders, multiple bookshelves, 1 hanging cabinet with sliding doors, and 2 low cabinets on legs with sliding doors (sideboard model). Color: light wood. Original manufacturer's label (String, Made in Sweden) still present on one of the cabinets. Good vintage condition, light signs of use consistent with age. All sliding doors run smoothly.
