Large, beautiful and atmospheric vintage ceiling or wall lamp from the renowned German manufacturer Glashütte Limburg. This lamp is an iconic example of mid-century modern design from the 1960s and 1970s. (Box indicates 1976.)
The lamp is made of heavy, high-quality amber glass with a unique relief pattern (often referred to as a "bubble" or "thumbprint" fingerprint design). This pattern creates a beautiful, warm light in the room. The design is often attributed to the Finnish designer Helena Tynell.
