Product description
Muuto Fiber Armchair in a bright yellow-green, fully upholstered design, featuring a chrome-plated swivel base on wheels. This model not only swivels but also rolls along effortlessly as an office chair or flexible workspace chair. Beneath the upholstery lies a shell made of recycled plastic reinforced with up to 25% FSC-certified wood fibers, a construction that Muuto has applied as standard since the Fiber Recycled generation. This material is not visible—the shell is fully upholstered—but it does result in a lower weight than solid plastic or wood and ensures more sustainable production. The design is by Iskos-Berlin, who introduced the Fiber family in 2018 as a modern reinterpretation of the classic shell chair. The base is not just for swiveling: thanks to the wheels, the chair can move freely between the desk, table, and window without having to be dragged, something a fixed base does not provide.
