Large, graphic, and bold. This handmade deep-pile wool rug is visually dominated by a powerful snake that winds across a turquoise shape, surrounded by a warm salmon-pink field. The combination of orange, turquoise, and raspberry accents gives the design an almost postmodern feel.
The deep pile and thick wool create a rich, sculptural texture. Depending on the light, the surface subtly changes character: from brightly graphic to warm and tactile. The rug has weight and presence (16 kg) and sits solidly on the floor.
