Monumental Anthropomorphic Sculpture: Hybrid Face in Solid Crystal and Raw Metal, 11 kg
A fascinating piece of modernist design, this sculpture plays on the striking contrast of textures and the duality of materials. It is an atypical work representing a stylized face, split into two removable parts that fit together with remarkable precision.

Upper Part (The Gaze): A solid block of exceptionally pure crystal, weighing 2.2 kg. Its cut facets capture and refract light, giving the gaze a unique depth.
Lower Part (The Face & the Base): An imposing structure in dense metal alloy (such as lead or cast iron, 2 cm thick) weighing approximately 8.8 kg. The finish is intentionally raw, textured, and matte, creating a powerful visual counterpoint to the transparency of the crystal.
Technical Note: This metal is non-magnetic (does not attract magnets), which is characteristic of high-quality art casting alloys.
