Mogens Koch (1898-1992) was a Danish architect, furniture designer and educator. Koch taught as a professor at the Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. His contributions to Danish design in the 20th century played a significant role in Danish modernism. His work is characterized by high craftsmanship and functionalism.
The MK-16 folding chair was designed by Mogens Koch in 1932.
The chair is in good condition. The cover shows slight signs of wear.
