Beautiful mid-century modern wall system. This wall system is rarely seen and was produced by the Dutch manufacturer Eltink Interieur, where it was called the Combiform wall system. This freestanding system features rosewood shelves, a display cabinet, and a cabinet with a flap, attached to black metal uprights. This is the most sought-after and luxurious variant. Rosewood is known for its deep, flaming, dark wood grain. The system rests on the floor via black metal uprights with brass adjustable feet, so it does not need to be screwed into the wall. The design is in the style of Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno, but after thorough research, it appears the wall system was sold in the 1960s by Eltink Interieur from Wijchen. The system is modular, meaning you can choose where the shelves and cabinets are placed within the wall system. The cabinet is 190 cm high, 166 cm wide, and at its deepest 44 cm. The shelves are each 80 cm wide and 26 cm deep. The cabinet is in good vintage condition.
