A stunning Art Deco modernist sideboard and display cabinet dating from the 1950s, boasting a refined design and high-quality finish.
The structure is crafted from exotic wood (Macassar ebony) with a magnificent grain, enhanced by tapered black wooden legs ending in gilt brass sabots.
The upper section is glazed, featuring two sliding doors, a glass shelf, and a mirrored back panel, perfectly showcasing collectibles, glassware, or books.
The interior is veneered in light wood (such as sycamore or maple), allowing for a beautiful, luminous display.
The lower section, enclosed by two doors, offers ample storage space.
Original gilt metal keyhole escutcheons remain.
