Model 193 Chair
Inger Klingenberg for France & Søn
1950's
The Model 193 chair was created by Danish designer Inger Klingenberg for France & Son and is characterized by its elegant, Scandinavian design language.
Teak frame with clean lines, combined with an ergonomically shaped seat and backrest.
The design combines Scandinavian functionality with fine craftsmanship and a slightly sculptural look.
France & Son was one of the leading Danish furniture manufacturers in the 1950s and 1960s and produced pieces for renowned designers. Much of their furniture was later continued by Cado.
