An original mid-century modern shell chair produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s and designed by Miroslav Navrátil. This sculptural piece reflects the classic design language of the era, combining softly flowing lines with a refined, timeless presence. The molded shell seat is upholstered in original velvet, offering a rich texture and inviting comfort, while the chair rests on a solid oak wood construction that provides both stability and visual warmth. The chair shows minor signs of age-appropriate wear to the fabric, consistent with its vintage character; due to the vibrant color and texture of the upholstery, these are subtle and do not detract from its overall appeal.
