Product description
Midcentury Scandinavian cantilever armchair with leather cushion. A vintage restored piece of furniture with a frame stained in the original wine red color from laminated beech. The canvas seat/backrest is attached with loops over the frame, whose parts are fastened together with black anodized bolts. The padded leather cushion is original and in very good condition. The "cantilever" base forms a flowing whole with the seat section which in turn extends to form the back section. Outstanding Scandinavian design from the 1970s! From first owner.
This furniture has been restored with respect for its age and history. The photos clearly show the some age damage. The frame has been restored to its former glory. The bolts have been replaced. Canvas and cushion are original and in good but used condition.
