A pair of distinctive vintage wall lights from the 1970s, featuring a successful combination of materials: highly textured clear glass, chrome-plated metal, and warm-toned wood. The heavy, cylindrical pressed glass shades with their geometric relief structure are particularly striking. The grid-like, pyramid-shaped pattern refracts the light, creating a vibrant, warm play of light when the lights are switched on. The solid glass shades are supported by chrome-plated metal sockets. The design is decidedly geometric: an angular metal arm connects the light head to a rectangular wooden wall plate. A chrome-plated metal cover and the small, cream-colored toggle switch directly on each light complete the typical design of the period. Condition: Good, authentic vintage condition with age-related wear. Patina, fine scratches, and some oxidation are visible on the chrome-plated metal parts. The wooden plates show slight signs of wear. Dimensions: D10 x H22 cm
