This Portuguese sideboard was manufactured in the 1960s–1970s and is a fine example of Mid-Century Modern design.
Crafted from wood with a high-gloss lacquered finish in a rosewood effect, it has a warm, elegant appearance typical of the period.
The sideboard features two drawers and a flip-up cabinet door with a decorative solid brass handle. It stands on distinctive tapered leather-wrapped legs, adding to its unique character.
The piece shows signs of age and use, including several scratches to the lacquer and a few chips and scuffs, all of which are clearly visible in the photographs. These cosmetic imperfections are consistent with its age and do not detract from its overall charm or functionality.
