Rare and iconic Mid-Century Modern 7-arm candelabra designed by Gunnar Ander for the historic Swedish manufacturer Ystad-Metall during the 1950s/1960s. A highly graphic and sculptural piece of Scandinavian design, featuring a matte black lacquered metal frame beautifully contrasted by solid bronze/copper rims on the candle cups. A perfect statement piece for high-end Mid-Century Modern, minimalist, or Nordic-inspired interiors.

The piece is structurally sound, stable, and 100% original, including the authentic copper/brass brazing visible at the central stem joints. It displays an honest, widespread vintage patina consistent with its age: superficial scratches and faint wax residue on the drip trays, paint loss/chipping along the outer edge of the base on both sides, and minor surface oxidation at the central cluster. As shown in the styled cover photo, these minor cosmetic lacquer flaws disappear from a normal viewing distance, leaving its stunning geometric silhouette fully intact. Every detail has been transparently photographed.
