Beautiful set of 2 mid-century modern figurines, stylish brass sculptures of a heron and a flying duck with cattails and reeds in the background, crafted from green patinated metal, 1950s-60s. Both figurines feature a lovely aged patina where the brass has discolored decoratively.
Nice and rare freestanding objects with a timeless design from the mid-20th century; the most common of this type of figurine are those designed to be mounted on the wall. Since they are manufactured in all sizes and shapes, these figurines have a high collector's value and are coveted by collectors all over the world.
Both objects are in excellent vintage condition, with light signs of age and use appropriate for their age, such as discoloration of the metal, but no damage. Check the photos for more details!
