A distinctive Space Age floor lamp from the mid-twentieth century. This design stands out with its double spherical shades and slender, chrome-plated base, making it a typical example of the progressive aesthetic of that period. The lamp is crafted from metal with a chrome finish on the base and beige shades. The spheres have a diameter of 19 cm, and the total height of the lamp is 171 cm. A practical detail is the double switch, which allows both light sources to be operated independently. The shades are flexibly adjustable, allowing the lamp to function as a reading lamp, accent lighting, or mood setter. The piece is in good, functional condition with an authentic patina befitting its age. The base plate was restored in the past, while the rest of the lamp has retained its original character.
