Product description
This metal desk lamp was designed by Josef Hurka for the Czech manufacturer Lidokov in the 1960s. It is distinguished by its elongated conical shade and slender tubular structure, characteristic of Eastern European modernist design of that era.
The piece is made of red lacquered metal with chromed steel elements. The shade is adjustable thanks to a ball joint system, allowing for precise light direction. The circular base ensures overall stability. The original manufacturer's label, indicating the model Typ L 117-2028, is preserved inside the shade.
The lamp is in good condition, displaying a patina consistent with its age and use. It retains its original finish and structural integrity.
