This is an original Italian majolica ceramic sculpture of the Madonna and Child, designed by the renowned master ceramist Prof. Eugenio Pattarino. Crafted in Florence, the work displays a refined combination of Art Deco and Mid-Century influences, making it a striking piece of religious art. The sculpture is hand-decorated and features a rich gold luster on the inside of the royal blue mantle and on the floral details of the robe. The glaze exhibits an authentic, fine craquelé characteristic of majolica earthenware from the mid-20th century. On the reverse, the piece is fully hand-signed in gold letters: "Italy - Prof. E. Pattarino". The object is in exceptionally good, pristine condition. All fragile details, such as the child's fingers and the edges of the veil, have remained completely intact, testifying to careful preservation over the years.
