Product description
Madonna and Child with Jesus, or Madonna of the Olive Tree, by Nicolò Barabino, oleograph on canvas, early 20th century, Genoese area, measures 50 x 82 cm. The banner has a finely embroidered fabric border. The pole is made of metal with two brass knobs. The tapestry depicts the Virgin Mary holding the Child Jesus, against a background featuring plant elements, including olive branches. The original work is an oil on canvas, but has been reproduced in various forms, including tapestries and prints. In excellent condition.
