A beautiful, branded wall lamp from Luxus, designed by Uno & Östen Kristiansson. The shade is made of acrylic with a wooden mount. The lamp is in good, clean condition. It does not have a plug.

The Luxus brand is best known for its Scandinavian design lighting from the mid-20th century. Founded in Sweden in 1950, it produced a wide range of lighting fixtures, including pendant lights, table lamps, and wall lamps.
Uno Kristiansson and his son, Östen Kristiansson, were two well-known designers who worked closely with the Luxus brand. Uno Kristiansson (1925-2012) was a renowned Swedish designer known for his innovative use of wood in his designs. He designed several iconic lamps for Luxus, combining wood with other materials such as glass and metal. His designs were known for their simple, clean lines and functionality.
Östen Kristiansson, Uno's son, also worked as a designer at Luxus, continuing his father's work. He created several lamp designs that reflected the Scandinavian aesthetic of simplicity and functionality. Östen Kristiansson was passionate about combining different materials and textures to create unique lighting pieces.
