A beautiful, harmonious pair of handmade designer armchairs from the exclusive Dutch brand Baan Meubelen (Waddinxveen).
These elegant bucket chairs combine the ultimate seating comfort of top Dutch quality with the iconic, flowing lines of the classic French Art Deco style. The chairs are crafted with a sturdy, elegant wooden frame, finished in a warm brown shade that contrasts beautifully with high-quality, durable upholstery featuring a horizontal black and cream stripe pattern. Very skillfully upholstered; the graphic pattern runs perfectly straight and symmetrically across both chairs.
The design is characterized by continuous armrests that seamlessly transition into the backrest, ensuring a secure seating experience. The original Baan label is present, confirming the provenance of these quality pieces of furniture.
The set is in good condition with characteristic signs of use consistent with its age. Both chairs have a superficial scratch on the wooden edge at the back, which is not visible from the front (see photo 5). This could easily be camouflaged with a furniture marker or colored wax, but the original condition is deliberately shown here. Structurally and in terms of seating comfort, the armchairs are in excellent, sturdy condition. The upholstery is very neat, clean, and shows no major wear or stains.
