Telling you that Pascal Mourgue's Lune d'Argent armchair is a thing of beauty would be both an understatement and an unnecessary stating of the obvious, so we're not going to. Instead, we'll let you know that this design was originally made for the Cartier Foundation, which awarded it 1st prize in their competition for contemporary art. That was back in 1985, and forty years on, this curved wire frame's shape and proportions still remain, simply put, perfect.
