Artifort Winner armchair – Floris van den Broecke | The Netherlands, 1980s
An armchair you won't easily come across a second time.
This Winner armchair, designed by Floris van den Broecke for Artifort, is a beautiful example of Dutch design from the 1980s. The organic shape, the striking mint-green backrest, and the refined beech wood armrests make this a real eye-catcher without being flashy.
What makes this armchair special is the combination of sculptural design and exceptional seating comfort. Thanks to the adjustable backrest, you can easily adjust the seat depth, making the chair suitable for both sitting upright and relaxing comfortably.
The soft mint-green upholstery forms a beautiful contrast with the black seat and the slender metal base. As a result, the armchair feels surprisingly contemporary and fits effortlessly into a modern, Scandinavian, or mid-century interior.
A design you buy not only to sit in, but also to look at. Details
