The designer was inspired by the TIVOLI amusement park. CIRQUE is a play of colors and shapes, inspired by balloons, carousels, colors, and light. The idea of the color gradations comes from the experience of colors in circular movements, where the colors are often perceived as continuous lines. The shape is inspired by the famous onion-shaped domes of several buildings in the TIVOLI gardens.
The Cirque pendant lamp 15 by Louis Poulsen is the smallest lamp in the Cirque family, with a diameter of 15 centimeters. The lamp is made of aluminum.
Colors: Copper, white stripe, light blue stripe, gray/green stripe. The fixture provides a downward-directed, soft, glare-free light. This is achieved by the white-painted inner reflector.
In short, a beautiful lamp. I have one in my kitchen and it makes me happy every time I look at it.
