Lot of 15 plywood stacking chairs designed for the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna. This iconic design embodies a streamlined, lightweight silhouette, made early use of plywood technology, and was developed for variability and efficiency in public architecture.
The beautiful angle of the back and seat is specifically designed for curved plywood and offers surprisingly comfortable seating. The distinctive, angular wooden A-frame contrasts beautifully with the gently curved shell: a timeless combination that makes an impression in both interiors and hospitality/event settings.
Ideal for hospitality, events, wedding venues, auditoriums, meeting rooms, film & styling.
Condition: Good used vintage condition with normal signs of wear (scratches/spots in the paint/shell). Solid structure and very stackable.
