Splendid and elegant hand-wound mechanical pocket watch by Lorenz, a historic Italian watchmaking brand. New. The distinctive feature of this model is the spectacular back case worked in high relief with the finely detailed "THE HUNTER" themed scene. The piece is sold in a FULL SET configuration, a true rarity for this type of item, ideal for collectors and hunting enthusiasts. Brand: Lorenz (Milan) Model Reference: 16421 AW Case Serial Number: 900124 Movement: Hand-wound mechanical, lever escapement, 17 jewels (Ancre 17 Rubis). Robust, precise and reliable Swiss movement. Back Case: Decorated in high relief with the depiction of a hunter lurking in the woods with a rifle and the embossed wording "THE HUNTER". Dial: Light background (white/ivory), Arabic numeral indexes in cursive/art deco style, external minute track and small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. Hands: Finely perforated gold-colored Louis XV/Baroque style. Case and Bezel: Classic pocket watch diameter, embellished on the front with a refined bezel embossed with floral motifs that frame the dial. Gold-plated finish. Crystal: Domed in perfect condition.
