Solid hardwood frame with three tapered, turned columns and integrated, classic chrome casters; removable tray with raised edges; lower shelf permanently attached to the frame

Hans Bolling, Denmark (attributed)
Hans Bolling studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. In addition to numerous buildings, he also designed furniture and children's toys.

Condition:
The serving trolley has been professionally and completely restored. It is in excellent condition, both technically and visually, and looks like new! In fact, the only difference compared to a brand-new piece of furniture is the slight wear on the casters. This is simply a characteristic of the design and will appear after only a short time.
The trolley comes from the very well-maintained home of an elderly lady, which was furnished with elegant design classics and high-quality furniture.
Please note that this is not a cheap, amateurish paint job with a brush or roller and hardware store materials, but rather a professional, elaborate spray-paint finish using traditional materials, as were used in the 1960s and 70s. Keep in mind that other sellers' vague descriptions like "newly painted" are by no means synonymous with "spray-painted." In most cases, this means the typical "painting over" with a brush and roller, resulting in unsightly imperfections such as clearly visible brushstrokes or the familiar "orange peel" effect. You can see this immediately if you view the furniture surfaces from the side against the light. If in doubt, ask questions about the type of finish or, better yet, request photos of the "newly finished" surfaces taken against the light!
