A striking and distinctive design by Pagnon & Pelhaître for Ligne Roset, designed around 1988. This French secretary desk combines a sleek black-lacquered steel construction with a warm mahogany roll-top and has a distinct 1980s character. Behind the roll-top is a practical workspace with two removable drawers. Thanks to its slender design and relatively shallow depth, the piece is ideal as a compact desk or stylish home office. A remarkable vintage design piece where functionality and distinctive design come together beautifully. Condition: In very good vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with its age. There are two small, almost invisible holes on both sides, presumably caused by the furniture having been attached to something in the past.
