A beautiful set of Leolux Excalibur sofas, designed by Jan Armgardt, in a characteristic 1990s design. A unique combination of comfort and timeless style.
This set consists of a 2.5-seater and a 3-seater sofa in original aubergine-colored leather, with a soft, brushed lavender-purple leather with a subtle print on the inside. The contrast between the side panels and the seat gives the set a distinctive yet elegant look. Both sofas stand on elegant beech legs.
The sofas are still wonderfully firm—not sagging—and are a beautiful example of the quality for which Leolux is renowned.
The sofas are in good vintage condition with original upholstery. The leather on the visible parts has faded over the years to a beautiful, weathered grayish-purple hue. The original color is still clearly visible under the back cushions, creating an interesting contrast. The sofas have a few stains on the seat (see photos). The fabric has a beautiful weathered grayish-purple appearance. All in all, a beautiful duo that fits well in both modern and retro interiors.
