Beautiful monumental art ceramic vase from the famous Biên Hoa tradition (Vietnam), dating from the mid-century period (20th century). With an impressive height of 53 cm, this vase is a rare and striking statement piece for any interior.
The vase is crafted from local earthenware and features a traditional, hand-engraved image (ky thuât khan chim) of a celestial dragon. The dragon is finished with the characteristic copper-colored green-turquoise glaze, internationally known as "Vert de Bienhoa", combined with warm brown and blue tones.
On the underside, the vase features the authentic, hand-engraved signature "Bihn gom" (Vietnamese for ceramic vase), confirming the artisanal origin of this collector's item.
Condition: In good vintage condition with light signs of age, including a small glaze chip on the inner rim of the neck (see detail photo). No major cracks or restorations. Transport: Collection is strongly preferred due to the fragility and size. If postal shipping is chosen, this is entirely at the buyer's own risk.
