Table lamp by Robert Pfeffer - Art Nouveau France - circa 1910-1920 Signed "Pfeffer" on the base Superb sculptural lamp in polychrome calamine or painted metal. A standing female allegorical figure stands on a pedestal with a design and floral decorations iconic of the Art Nouveau period. It is topped by a magnificent rococo lampshade adorned with 4 glass drops. Robert Pfeffer [1885-1954] was a member of Vienna's Künstlerhaus from 1938. In excellent condition, no missing parts, colors intact. The lampshade is also in perfect condition, no warping, no stains. Original wiring and switch in perfect condition. Very slight traces of use, nothing noteworthy.
